Leontine has been practicing numerous forms of yoga, meditation and bodywork for over 30 years. She has been teaching Yoga for more then 10 years now and has been part of Prana’s team since the beginning.

Her exploration on the path of yoga led her through Hatha yoga, Chakra yoga, DRU yoga, Siddha yoga meditation, Kum Nye Tibetan yoga, UniversEl yoga, to Aplomb yoga, Meridian yin yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra meditation as developed by dr Richard Miller.

Leontine incorporates elements of all these beautiful teachings into her classes and treatments into a unique mixture. She teaches with emphasis on gentleness and awareness. Her mission for teaching is to help people resolve pain and suffering by rediscovering their essential wholeness and well being, and their interconnectedness with all of life.

 

Leontine also offers private sessions to work in a personalized setting for individual or therapeutic goals. Leontine loves bringing people together, being and teaching in nature, and being creative.

Gentle morning yoga

A gentle wake up morning yoga session surrounded by butterflies and sugarbirds in our lovely garden to start your day feeling fully alive, awake and centred. Exercises are adapted to the needs and possibilities of the participants and classes always involve breathing techniques, stretches & asanas, flowing movements and meditation/ relaxation.
